Withdrawal, Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (opened or unsealed vaping products). Only unopened products, in their original intact packaging, will be eligible for a refund.

2. Defective or non-compliant products

If your product has a hidden defect or a proven non-compliance (does not turn on, leaks abnormally, burnt taste from the first use despite correct use), contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours after receipt).

Procedure:

  • Send us an email with photos/video of the defect + order number
  • We will send you a prepaid return label (if the defect is confirmed)
  • Full refund or replacement within 7–14 days after receipt and verification

3. Refund terms

The refund will be made via the initial payment method within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned product (or proof of shipment). Return costs at your expense except for defective/non-compliant product.
