What are the minimum ages to buy JNR products?
The sale of vape products is prohibited to minors. You must be at least 18 years old to order on our site. Age verification may be performed.
How long does a JNR puff last on average?
It depends on the model and your consumption:
• JNR 10,000 → about 1–2 weeks
• JNR 18,000–25,000 → 2–4 weeks
• Models > 30,000 → up to 1 month or more for an average vaper.
Are JNR puffs rechargeable?
Most of our recent models (Falcon, Alien, Stellarc, Flux Pro, etc.) have a USB-C rechargeable battery. The e-liquid remains non-rechargeable (disposable).
Where are JNR e-liquids manufactured?
Our e-liquids comply with the European TPD standard and are packaged in laboratories that meet French and European requirements.
Can I return a product if I don't like the flavor?
For hygiene reasons and in accordance with legislation on opened vape products, started puffs cannot be returned or refunded. See our return policy below.
